Ariba Discovery

The State System has adopted an eBid-type system for procurement, and all PASSHE universities are using for their primary means of project contract solicitations. Design professional services and construction contract opportunities are posted here, along with a multitude of regular procurements for supplies and services. Firms may for an Ariba account for free and get updates when new solicitations are posted within their UNSPSC categories. 

Additionally, universities sometimes use their own university web sites, and/or the PA eMarketplace, as secondary means of advertisement. 

PA eMarketplace is the Pennsylvania Department of General Services (DGS) site for public notice of procurement opportunities. Universities may post their advertisements on Pennsylvania's DGS site, in addition to .
