The Keystone Recreation, Park, and Conservation Fund (Key '93) was established in
PA Act 50 of 1993 and allots funds from the Real Estate Transfer Tax to System universities
for deferred maintenance. The statute requires an annual report on the expenditures
made from the previous year’s appropriation.
